Générateur d'autorisations de sortie

Démo sur le serveur du /tmp/lab

Pour héberger votre version :

  1. mettre sur un espace d'hébergement web
  2. visiter la page index.html en modifiant l'URL d'exemple
  3. les paramètres de l'URL sont reconnus en JS et préremplis pour vous

Exemple d'URL :

L'heure et la date sont remplies automatiquement

  • firstname Votre prenom
  • lastname Votre nom
  • birthday Votre lieu de naissance
  • placeofbirth Votre ville de naissance
  • address Votre adresse de résidence

  • zipcode Votre code postal de résidence
